 All entries must be received via mail or paid at the ramp ½ hour
prior to take off. Take off is from Marina.

This tournament is open to the public. Current BNBC members are encouraged to bring a non-member as their buddy for this event.

Bloomington Normal Bass Club

Charity Tournament Rules

1.) The following rules will be interpreted by the tournament director, and all decisions will be final.

2.) No more than 2 contestants per boat.

3.) All participants must be 18 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardians.

4.) Safe boating practices at all times. Life jackets and a functioning kill switch must be worn at all times that the gas motor is being operated. Kill switches will be tested prior to take off.

5.) Boat and motor must conform to BIA horsepower ratings. A BIA rating plate must be attached to the boat.

6.) All boats must meet State of Illinois and Coast Guard regulations and horsepower limits.

7.) A live well suitable to keeping a 5 fish limit must be available, live wells will be checked prior to take off.

8.) This tournament is limited to largemouth and smallmouth bass only. At no time will a team be in possession of more than 5 fish, and fish must measure 15” with mouth closed.

9.) Any mangled or frozen fish will disqualify presenting team.

10.) Artificial baits only, with the exception of pork rind baits. No trolling with gas motor is allowed.

11.) Dead fish will result in a .50 lb penalty. All fish must be released at end of tournament.

12.) Late penalty of 1lb per minute, and will not be accepted after 5 minutes.

13.) All protests must be filed with tournament director within 30 minutes after completion of tournament.

14.) All participants agree to submit to a polygraph test by signing entry form. Tournament director will determine the need for any test.

15.) No alcoholic beverages will be permitted during this event.

16.) No refunds unless tournament is cancelled.

17.) All state and local laws apply.
