2004 Tuesday Night Classic Results

The Bloomington Normal Bass Club Tuesday Night Classic was held at Lake Bloomington, October 16th and 17th.  Conditions couldn't have been worse, air temperatures in the thirties and water temperatures in the fifties at take-off made for some tough October fishing.  Despite the cold temperatures and twenty mile an  hour winds, Brad Gertz and John Rowe managed to bring in four fish on Saturday and take the lead with 9.48 pounds.  Norris and Bayles took big fish honors on day one with 4.02 pound largemouth.  Day two started cold, but the wind settled down and the sun made for much more comfortable fishing as the day progressed.  David Fritts and Jerry Martoglio were able to capture first place for the weekend after bringing in three fish on day two for a total of 14.55 pounds.  A 4.51 pound largemouth brought in by Jason Estes and Jack Menssen easily took big bass on day two.
